Tonight is our Schedule Pick/Up and Meet Teacher Night!  Your student will be able to pick up their schedule and tour the building to locate their classrooms.  The times are as follows:

·      6th Grade: 5:00-6:15pm

·      5th Grade: 6:45-8:00pm

Just a reminder: All registration forms must be complete and Proof of Residence submitted and verified by Thursday, August 11 at 1:00pm to receive a schedule!  Right now, we still have 71 returning students who need to complete their registration and a staggering 186 students who still need to provide Proof of Residence!  I'm very competitive and right now we are quite a bit behind most of the other MISD schools regarding families who have turned in their Proof of Residence.  Help me out!  I like to win!  Please take care of this ASAP!  Proof of Residence can easily be emailed to our Registrar, Mrs. Laura Wright, just follow the instructions below!  

Returning to MISD Student Registration for 2022-2023

• Returning Student Enrollment for the 2022-23 school term begins on July 18, 2022. Information will be posted on the MISD website and an email will be sent to current families when enrollment officially opens.

Proof of Residence Verification 2022-2023

All students are required to provide proof of residence (POR).

You are encouraged to take your proof of residence to the campus, if possible.

You may email proof of residence to your student’s campus at: Low_POR@misdmail.org

PLEASE NOTE: Each campus has their own email address, so if you have multiple students at different campuses, you will need to send a separate POR to each campus’ email.

Satisfactory proof of residence includes:

Electric, Gas, or Water Bill – with May service dates or later

Newly Established Residency in last 30 days includes:

Lease Agreement-

• The lease agreement may be accepted temporarily if it is new (30 days or less).
• Is used when you do not have a utility bill and the lease states bills are paid by lessor.
• Other documentation may be requested when a utility bill is not available.

The lease agreement must list the student occupants.

The following will be available Thursday night:

• PE and Pre-Athletics will be selling work out clothes for $20 ($10 for shorts and $10 for a shirt).
• Asa Low Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
• Student Nutrition
• Asa Low Nurse will be on hand to receive medication and special instructions
